We hire qualified coaches usually with a high level football playing background who are passionate about the game and who can transfer knowledge and skills in the best way possible as efficiently as possible in a safe and secure environment.
With this we offer training over the course of a year to get your kid into grassroots football if there not already playing for a grass root team, train them consistently till they reach the level of playing in competitive environments, help them join a suitable grass root team and still look after their development till they are good enough to join professional clubs academies.
These are invitation only events which the academy periodically organizes to find players of good quality who are ready for grass roots football and even professional academies, this gives them the exposure they need to get seen by coaches and scouts who might be interested in them also as these events are documented with the aim of sending to relevant scouts who might be interested.
Asides from small sided competitive games in training aimed at making the players tactically and technically more inept, there is opportunities to play in tournaments from time to time with the aim of eventually getting the kids to play in grassroots matches or get them into pro academies if they are not in any teams yet
We essentially try to ensure every kid we take on gets to the required level to play competitive matches, so we train them in a no pressure environment where the are allowed to make mistakes and focus is mainly on development, this builds confidence and allows the player get to the required level technically and tactically to play in our tournaments, or recommended for partner grassroots Junior premier league teams or professional academies
